Pulley is a graduate of the University of South Florida where he obtained a Bachelor?s Degree in Anthropology and a Master?s Degree in MIS.? He most recently worked as an IT analyst for a healthcare education company.? Prior to that experience, Pulley worked with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
